According to a quick report from the Hai Phong Department of Education and Training, the whole city organized 106 exam sites with a total of 2,440 exam rooms. Participating in the exam supervision work were 7,792 officials and teachers performing the tasks of leading exam sites, secretaries, invigilators, supervisors; along with 1,696 police officers, service staff and medical staff.
In the 1st exam session (optional 1), the whole city had 57,008 registered candidates, of which 56,693 candidates were present, reaching a rate of 99.45%. The number of absent candidates was 315, including 195 cases without reason and 120 cases exempted from the exam or requested for special consideration.
For optional subject 2, 56,272 candidates registered to take the exam, of which 56,003 candidates participated. The number of absent candidates is 269, including 160 cases without reason and 109 cases exempted from the exam or requested for special consideration.
In the morning exam session of June 12, the whole city recorded 1 case of candidates violating exam regulations (bringing phones into the exam room). In addition to this case, exam sites all strictly implemented regulations, ensured security, safety and created favorable conditions for candidates to participate in the exam.
Hai Phong Department of Education and Training assessed that the organization of exam supervision for elective subjects was deployed synchronously and closely. The forces participating in the task have coordinated effectively, contributing to ensuring the exam takes place smoothly and in accordance with regulations.
