On August 25, the Road Traffic Police Team, Khanh Hoa Provincial Police Traffic Police Department issued a fine for Mr. V.T.N (born in 2001, residing in Nam Nha Trang Ward) for driving a car to the right of another vehicle in an unauthorized manner.
Previously, through a clip sent by the people to the phone number of the Director of the Traffic Police Department, the authorities conducted verification and clarification: At 10:23 a.m. on August 25, 202 on Hoang Dieu Street (Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa), Mr. N drove a car with license plate 79H-074.xx in violation of regulations.
According to Decree 168, this behavior is subject to a fine of VND 5 million and a deduction of 2 points on the driving license.
The Traffic Police Department of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police said that it will continue to strengthen inspections and strictly handle violations related to illegal transfers, in order to ensure traffic safety in the area.
