Article 6 of the 2025 Law on Inspection stipulates the following prohibited acts in inspection activities:

1. Intentionally do not issue an inspection decision when detecting signs of law violations but according to the provisions of law, an inspection must be conducted; the inspection is not within the authority, not in accordance with the content of the inspection decision, the approved inspection plan.

2. Receiving bribes, brokering bribes, giving bribes in inspection activities; taking advantage of inspection positions and powers to commit illegal acts, harass, cause difficulties and inconveniences to inspectors and other agencies, organizations and individuals; abusing power during the inspection process.

3. covered up or intentionally hidden the acts of law violation, corruption, waste and negativity; intentionally concluded false conclusions without a legal basis; intentionally deciding or handling illegally; not recommending prosecution and transferring cases with signs of crime detected through inspection to the investigation agency according to regulations; not handling or recommending handling of agencies, organizations and individuals with violations of the law, corruption, waste and negativity; not handling or recommending handling and recovering of money and assets that have been misappropriated, lost or wasted discovered through inspection according to regulations.

4. disclosing information and documents related to the inspection when the inspection conclusion has not been made public.

5. Illegal intervention in inspection activities; the impact of distorting inspection results, conclusions, and inspection recommendations.

6. Not providing information, documents or providing in time, incomplete, dishonest, or inaccurate information; appropriating, destroying, or distorting documents and evidence related to inspection content.

7. Opposing, obstructing, buying bribes, threatening, taking revenge, or bullying inspectors, supervisors, appractors, and those who provide information and documents to inspection agencies; causing difficulties for inspection activities.

8. Other acts are strictly prohibited according to the provisions of law.

Thus, during the inspection activities, individuals, agencies and organizations are not allowed to perform the above acts.
