    Article 115 of the 2014 Law on Marriage and Family stipulates the maintenance obligations between husband and wife when divorcing as follows:

    When divorcing, if the one in difficulty or need a support request and has a legitimate reason, the other party is obliged to provide support according to their ability.

    Thus, when divorcing, if the wife is in difficulty, in deprivation and has a legitimate reason to request support, the husband is obliged to provide support according to his ability.
