On May 20, Vinh Long Provincial Business Association organized the conference "Connecting and accompanying businesses in Vinh Long province" session 1, May 2026 with the themes "Contributing voice - Together advance", "Government listens - Businesses offer ideas".
The program was implemented in the clusters of Long Chau, Phuoc Hau, Tan Ngai and Tan Hanh wards. Attending the conference were Mr. Dang Van Chinh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Business Support Group; leaders of the Provincial People's Council, representatives of departments, branches, associations, business associations and about 100 businesses in the area.
This is an activity organized periodically every month to strengthen the bridge role between the government and the business community; create a channel for direct exchange between businesses and state management agencies. Thereby establishing a two-way, substantive and continuous dialogue mechanism between the government and businesses.
Through the conference, the province aims to promptly resolve difficulties and obstacles arising in production and business activities; and at the same time improve the quality of construction, review, and adjust mechanisms and policies from the practical operation of enterprises.

At the conference, many businesses raised difficulties related to raw materials for brick and ceramic production, taxes, electricity, preferential policies, land, transportation, export markets and administrative procedures. Businesses wished the province to continue to accompany and have solutions to remove obstacles in the coming time.
Speaking at the conference, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dang Van Chinh summarized the socio-economic situation of the province in the past time; key projects and projects being implemented and orientations for the development of key economic sectors in the coming time.
Mr. Dang Van Chinh emphasized that in the new development phase with many intertwined opportunities and challenges, the business community plays an important role in promoting economic growth, creating jobs and improving people's lives. Provincial leaders always identify the success of businesses as the success of the locality.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant departments and agencies to answer business recommendations, assign specific contents to remove difficulties; and affirmed that the provincial government will continue to build a service administration, strengthen practical dialogue, and create motivation for businesses to feel secure in investing and expanding production and business in the province.
