Volvo Cars continues to maintain its leading position in the field of safety. According to a study by the car insurance website Confused based on data from NCAP, Volvo is the car brand that has achieved a perfect 5-star safety score for all models surveyed in the past 10 years in the US.

The NCAP program evaluates vehicles based on crash tests, rollover resistance and the effectiveness of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). Volvo has maintained its impressive record with 76 out of 76 models achieving five stars in safety tests.
In addition to its safety credentials, Volvo is also highly regarded by consumers for its reliability and lack of complaints. According to a survey by Confused, Volvo had the fewest complaints among 34 car brands surveyed in the US in 2024. This reflects Volvo’s commitment to quality and user experience, with strict manufacturing and quality control processes.
Volvo has also made a strong mark on the global market by continuously developing environmentally friendly products. In 2024, sales of Volvo's pure electric and plug-in hybrid models increased sharply, with growth of 54% and 16% respectively.
In Vietnam, Volvo is the first luxury car manufacturer to offer a full range of Plug-in Hybrid products, from sedans to SUVs, to support consumers in switching to safe and sustainable mobility solutions.
