The group stage of the 2025 National A-Class Volleyball Tournament kicked off in Kon Tum on April 6.
On the final day of the group stage (September 19), the highlight was the confrontation between the Information Corps Youth and Quang Ninh. Both teams are leading Group E with 15 points after 5 matches and have not lost a set. Their form is almost perfect and this match will decide the top spot.
The 2025 A-class volleyball tournament brings together 28 clubs competing, including 15 men's teams and 13 women's teams.
According to the format, 15 men's teams will be divided into 3 groups, competing in a round-robin to select the top 2 teams - second in each group to enter the final round. The 3rd-placed teams in each group will compete in a round-robin to select 2 more men's teams to have all 8 teams enter the final round.
The 13 women's volleyball teams will be divided into 2 groups to compete in a round-robin in the group, to select 4 teams from each group to enter the final round.
The final round will be played from October 23 to November 2. 8 men's teams and 8 women's teams compete for the championship and promotion in the 2026 national championship.
