On June 28, at Le Tri Elementary School (Ba Chuc commune, An Giang province), the Women's Committee of the Provincial Police coordinated with many units to organize the program "Joining you to overcome difficulties" in 2026, giving gifts and disseminating laws to students in difficult circumstances.
This is a practical activity in response to the Action Month for Children and the emulation movement "Three most: Most disciplined - Most loyal - Closest to the people". At the program, the Provincial Police Women's Committee and philanthropists presented 100 gifts to students overcoming difficulties and striving in their studies. Each gift includes backpacks, notebooks, school supplies, cakes, milk and 10kg of rice, with a total value of more than 35 million VND from socialized mobilization sources.

In addition to the gift-giving activity, officers of the Criminal Police Department of the Provincial Police have propagated and equipped children with knowledge about preventing and combating school violence and child abuse; guided skills in identifying, preventing and handling dangerous situations, and encouraged children to proactively share with their families, teachers or functional agencies when detecting acts of violence and abuse.
Speaking at the program, Captain Ly Le Quyen - Deputy Head of the Provincial Police Women's Committee - said that although the gifts are not of great value, they show sharing and contribute to encouraging poor students and students in particularly difficult circumstances to continue their efforts in studying. At the same time, the program also helps children raise legal awareness, equip themselves with self-protection skills, contributing to building a safe and healthy school environment.

Representing the local government, Mr. Dong Chi Nhan - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, Secretary of the Youth Union of Ba Chuc commune - thanked the companionship of the Police force and philanthropists in social security work as well as propaganda and legal education for students. He said that Ba Chuc is a border and mountainous commune, people's lives are still difficult and he hopes that in the coming time he will continue to receive support to better care for poor students and households in difficult circumstances in the area.
