On November 19, Mr. Bui Quang Huy - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front on science, technology development, innovation and digital transformation chaired a meeting of the Working Group to assist the Steering Committee.
The report on the results of digital transformation implementation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front clearly stated that digital platforms and applications are being piloted in 2 phases. Phase 1 of the pilot implementation will be at the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front from October 20, 2025 to October 30, 2025. Phase 2 of the pilot will be deployed nationwide from November 1, 2025.
Since November 3, 2025, the Agency's Office has provided technical support to 4 socio-political organizations. Since November 10, 2025, the Office has provided technical support to each cadre from leaders to specialists at the two headquarters at 46 Trang Thi and 107 Quan Thanh (Hanoi). By November 17, 2025, technical staff have instructed all staff on basic functions including: Creating submissions, Drafting documents for going, Processing arrival documents; Creating/approved/ look up agency meeting schedules, Unit task management, Document processing flow management, supporting digital signature leaders.
For key tasks in November and December, regarding institutions, documents, the Office continues to develop and issue the Digital Front Architecture; Issues the core professional process of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the digital environment; Issues regulations on connecting and sharing mandatory data between agencies in the political system, regulations on sending and receiving documents in the electronic environment.
Regarding platforms and digital applications, the Office continues to review and improve the functions of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations' operational management system; launching information systems including: "Digital Front Portal" to receive 24/7 recommendations from the people, Social supervision and criticism Management software, Information system for managing union members, association members and grassroots organizations.
Some other key tasks include organizing digitalization, cleaning data at specialized agencies at the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; digitalizing core operations; ensuring information security, network security for technical infrastructure, data, applications deployed at the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations...
Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Bui Quang Huy suggested that the Working Group to assist the Steering Committee should have specific assignments in implementing tasks; organize monthly meetings to grasp progress; at the same time, propose specific progress for project implementation with the motto of clear people, clear work, clear progress, clear content, clear results.
Emphasizing that the software is still new and needs time to be completed and operated smoothly, Vice Chairman Bui Quang Huy suggested that the Working Group should urge and train staff and specialists to use the software so that the operation of the software meets the set schedule.
Vice Chairman Bui Quang Huy stated that in the context of a huge workload, the use of operational management software plays an important role, therefore, the Working Group helps the Steering Committee continue to effectively implement assigned tasks, in which it is necessary to prioritize the implementation of content related to operational management software to soon operate smoothly throughout the system, meeting the requirements mentioned in Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo.
