On the afternoon of January 31, at Bu P'Rang Secondary School, Quang Truc commune, Lam Dong province, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) in coordination with local authorities and the school organized the "Volunteer Spring - Loving Tet, Shared Spring" Campaign program.
The program has profound humanistic meaning, aiming to care for the material and spiritual life of students in border areas and ethnic minorities who are still facing many difficulties during the Lunar New Year.
Within the framework of the program, the Organizing Committee presented many practical gifts including: 10 scholarships (1 million VND each) for students with good academic achievements; 110 Tet gifts for students (each worth 260,000 VND); 20 student backpacks.
In addition, the Organizing Committee also presented 10 Tet gifts to families of students in difficult circumstances (each gift worth 500,000 VND) and a gift worth 800,000 VND to Border Guards on duty in the locality.
In particular, in the STEM experience activity, the Organizing Committee awarded 700 cakes and candies to participating students, contributing to creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere in the early spring days. The total value of the program is nearly 100 million VND.
The 2026 Spring Volunteer Program with the theme "Contributing Love - Bringing Warm Tet to the Lam Dong Highlands", organized by Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology - Vietnam-Korea Institute of Technology, not only brings a full and warm Tet to students of Bu P'Rang Secondary School but also demonstrates the spirit of social responsibility, sharing and companionship of the school with the border region.
Through the program, students are educated in the spirit of mutual affection and responsibility to the community. At the same time, it contributes to strengthening the cooperative relationship between Bu P'Rang Secondary School and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology - Vietnam-Korea Institute of Technology in charity and educational activities.
The campaign closed in emotion and radiant smiles of teachers, students and local people, leaving a beautiful impression of a loving spring, spreading affection in the Lam Dong plateau.
