Hanoi area
On April 20, Hanoi will have sunny days, some places will have hot weather; in the late afternoon and evening, there will be local thunderstorms.
From April 21 to 22, hot days, local thunderstorms in the late afternoon and night.
From the evening of April 22 to 25, Hanoi will have scattered showers and thunderstorms (thunderstorms will be concentrated in the evening and at night).
During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
Northern region
On April 20, the mountainous and midland areas of the North will have hot weather, some places will have severe heat. The plains will have local hot weather; thunderstorms in some places in the late afternoon and night.
From April 21 to 22, the North will have widespread hot weather, some places will have severe heat, and showers and thunderstorms in some places in the late afternoon and night.
From the evening of April 22 to 25, the North will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain (thunderstorms will be concentrated in the evening and at night). During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

Central region
From April 20 to 22, the area from Thanh Hoa to Phu Yen will have hot and sunny days, local thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening, no rain at night. The area from Khanh Hoa to Binh Thuan will have no rain at night and sunny days.
On April 23 - 25, sunny days, hot weather in some places, local thunderstorms in the evening and at night. In particular, the area from Thanh Hoa to Hue from April 23 to 24 will have scattered showers and thunderstorms. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
Water levels of rivers in the Central region will change slowly.
Central Highlands and Southern region
From April 20 to 25, sunny days, some places have hot weather, especially the South has widespread hot weather; in the late afternoon and evening, there will be local thunderstorms.
During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
Water levels of rivers in the Central Highlands region will change little; rivers in the South will change with the tide.
Assessment of the hydrological situation
On April 21, the Gulf of Tonkin area will gradually increase waves to 1.5 - 2.5m, the sea will be slightly rough; from the evening of April 22, the wave height will decrease to below 2m in this area.
From April 25, the wave height in the North East Sea will gradually increase to 2 - 3.5m.
