The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (August 19) in regions across the country.
The Northern region has moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, with locally very heavy rain.
The Southern region has showers and scattered thunderstorms, with locally heavy rain. Rain mainly concentrated in the afternoon and night.

Hanoi City
Lowest temperature: 24-26 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 28-30 degrees C.
Cloudy, with moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain. Light wind. In thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
Northwest
Lowest temperature: 22-25 degrees C, in some places below 22 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 29-32 degrees C.
Cloudy, with moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain. Light wind. In thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
Northeast
Lowest temperature: 23-26 degrees C, mountainous areas in some places below 23 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 29-32 degrees C.

Thanh Hoa to Hue
