The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (May 20) in regions across the country.
The Northeast region, Phu Tho South, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, with locally very heavy rain.
The Central Highlands and Southern regions will have showers and scattered thunderstorms in the afternoon and night, with locally heavy to very heavy rain.

Hanoi City
Lowest temperature: 25-27 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 30-32 degrees C.
Cloudy, with moderate rain and thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain. Southeast wind level 2 - 3. In thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
Northwest
Lowest temperature: 24-27 degrees C, in some places below 23 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 31-34 degrees C.
Cloudy, with scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain. Light wind. In thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
Northeast
Lowest temperature: 24-27 degrees C, mountainous areas in some places below 23 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 29-32 degrees C, in some places above 32 degrees C.
