Sunny day in the Northern region. Cold at night and morning, some places are very cold.
Hue, Da Nang and the eastern part of Quang Ngai province will have moderate rain, heavy rain, and some places will have very heavy rain.
The Southern region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms; in the afternoon and evening, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain.
