Heavy rain in the Central region tends to decrease from the afternoon and night of November 25
Due to the influence of the strengthening cold air combined with disturbances in the high-altitude easterly wind zone, heavy rain in some Central provinces will continue.
In the area of Hue city, Da Nang city and the east of Quang Ngai province to Gia Lai from the morning of November 23 to the morning of November 25, there is forecast to be moderate rain, heavy rain with common rainfall of 50 - 110mm, locally very heavy rain over 220mm. Warning of the risk of heavy rain with rainfall greater than 60mm within 3 hours.
The eastern areas of Dak Lak, Khanh Hoa and the South during the day and night of November 23 are forecast to have scattered showers and thunderstorms with common rainfall of 10 - 30mm, locally heavy rain over 60mm.
The meteorological agency forecasts that from the afternoon and night of November 25, heavy rain in the Central region will tend to decrease.

River basins in Dak Lak are at level 3 natural disaster risk
Floods on the Krong Ana River in Dak Lak Province, on the Dinh Ninh Hoa River in Khanh Hoa and the Dong Nai River in Dong Nai are receding. The Kon River in Gia Lai has fluctuating water levels.
At 7:00 a.m. on November 23, the water level recorded on the Kon River at Thanh Hoa station reached 6.02 m, 0.02 m higher than alert level 1. On the Krong Ana River at Giang Son station, the water level reached 424.38 m, 0.38 m higher than alert level 3. On the Dong Nai River at Ta Lai station, the water level reached 112.47 m, 0.03 m lower than alert level 2.
In the next 24 hours, floods on the Krong Ana River will continue to recede and decrease below alert level 3. Floods on the Dong Nai and Dinh Ninh Hoa rivers continue to decrease and remain above alert level 1. Floods on the Kon River at Thanh Hoa station fluctuate around alert level 1. On the Srepok River at Ban Don Station (Dak Lak), the water level remains higher than alert level 3 and fluctuates at a high level.
Flooding continues in provinces and cities from Dak Lak to Khanh Hoa. The risk of flooding in low-lying areas along the Dong Nai River in Dong Nai Province still exists.
