According to the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal, officers and soldiers of Binh Son Commune Police (Quang Ngai province) have just promptly transfused blood to save 2 patients being treated at Da Nang City Hospital.
Previously, on the morning of January 21, the unit received information from relatives of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Cong's family (86 years old, residing in Binh Son commune) who are being treated at Nui Thanh General Hospital (Da Nang City) and urgently need 2 units of blood type B to serve treatment.
Faced with the emergency situation, the patient's family contacted the Binh Son Commune Police (Quang Ngai province) for support. After grasping the information, the Binh Son Commune Police commander directly informed the entire unit, mobilizing officers and soldiers with appropriate blood groups to be ready to participate in blood donation.
Immediately after that, Lieutenant Colonel Doan Vu Trung Viet - Deputy Head of Binh Son Commune Police directly used personal vehicles, along with Captain Le Dinh An, to quickly go to Nui Thanh General Hospital (Da Nang City) to donate blood.
Thanks to the timely blood donation of the 2 comrades, the patient overcame the dangerous stage and continued to be monitored and treated in depth.
Following that, Binh Son Commune Police also received information that Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa (63 years old, residing in Binh Son commune) was also being treated at Nui Thanh General Hospital (Da Nang City) and urgently needed 2 units of blood type A.
Lieutenant Nguyen Chi Nguyen and Senior Lieutenant Phan Thanh Nhon (Binh Son Commune Police) reported to the commander and were allowed to quickly arrive at the hospital to participate in blood donation, contributing to saving the patient's life.
Recently, during the movement after being discharged from the hospital, a dialysis patient suddenly dizzy and unconscious on National Highway 20 was promptly supported by the Traffic Police force (Lam Dong Provincial Police) and brought home safely.
Accordingly, at 10:10 am on January 17, 2026, while performing patrol and control duties, ensuring traffic order and safety on National Highway 20, the patrol and control team of the Madaguoi Traffic Police Station - Traffic Police Department (Lam Dong Provincial Police) received a report from people about an elderly woman being stunned and unconscious while being carried by her daughter on a motorbike on the road.
Immediately after receiving the information, the Task Force used specialized vehicles to approach the scene, organize support, initial care and take Ms. Ka Nhim (born 1952, permanently residing in Di Linh commune, Lam Dong province) and her daughter home safely.
According to information, Ms. Ka Nhim is a periodic dialysis patient at Lam Dong General Hospital II. On the way home, when she reached Km133, National Highway 20 due to poor health, she suddenly felt dizzy, tired and fell into a state of unconsciousness.
Thanks to the timely and dedicated support of the Traffic Police force, Ms. Ka Nhim's health gradually stabilized. The patient's family also expressed their emotion and sent deep thanks to officers and soldiers for not ignoring difficulties and quickly helping in distress.
