According to initial information, on the afternoon of July 28, Mr. German (Russian nationality) came to the Department of Police for Administrative Management of Social Order to report the dropping of an iPhone 12 Pro Max mobile phone while traveling by motorbike on the street.
Mr. German said that he had contacted the person who picked up the phone, but due to language barriers, the two sides could not exchange to agree on receiving the property back.
After receiving the report, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Ngoc Minh - on-duty officer of the Department of Police for Administrative Management of Social Order - quickly contacted the person holding the phone, Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thuy (residing in Group 7 Lu Cam, Tay Nha Trang ward).
After verification, Ms. Thuy coordinated to return the phone to Mr. German.
