On July 26, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hai Tung - Secretary of the Party Committee of Hoa Thang commune (Lam Dong province) - said that he had directed the Commune Police and specialized departments to work with business households that were complained about by tourists about service prices and service quality in the Hon Rua area.
Previously, on July 25, a post from a Facebook account appeared on social networks reflecting bad experiences at a seaside business point in Hon Rua.
According to the shared content, the group of 8 visitors, parking without supervision, without a roof, was charged 70,000 VND for parking. At this location, each person swimming in the sea had to pay 40,000 VND/person.
Tourists also said that the price of 50,000 VND/bottle of mineral water is too expensive and some seafood dishes do not guarantee quality.

Immediately after receiving the information, the Hoa Thang commune government verified and inspected the reality. Through this, functional forces determined that this business point was an illegal construction project, which had previously been recorded for handling, but then the facility owner continued to operate again.
According to the Secretary of the Party Committee of Hoa Thang commune, on the morning of July 27, the Commune People's Committee will handle administrative violations against the facility owner. After that, force the dismantling of illegal construction works according to regulations.
Over the past time, coastal communes and wards of Lam Dong province have received and verified reflections from tourists related to seafood prices, quality, environment and business activities at tourist destinations.
Timely handling of feedback not only aims to rectify business activities and handle violations, but also contributes to protecting the image of destinations, creating a civilized tourism environment and maintaining the trust of tourists when coming to the locality.
