On July 15, information from Khanh Hoa Provincial Police said that a special thank-you letter from a foreign guest had just been given to a representative of Vinh Hai Commune Police for their appreciation for the timely and quick support for foreign citizens to complete administrative procedures in a very short time.
Previously, on July 14, Mr. Walter Gilles Ferrero, a foreign tourist staying in Vinh Hai commune (Khanh Hoa province) came to the Vinh Hai Commune Police headquarters to directly hand over a thank-you letter to the local police force after being supported to complete temporary residence confirmation procedures.
According to Mr. Walter Gilles Ferrero's presentation, in the process of carrying out administrative procedures, the male tourist needs to be issued a temporary residence confirmation within an urgent time to complete the dossier according to regulations.
Receiving the request, Vinh Hai Commune Police officers guided, received and processed the dossier quickly, ensuring compliance with regulations. Thanks to that, tourists promptly received temporary residence confirmation papers with full signatures, seals and validity periods to stay in Khanh Hoa for more time.
Receiving the results, Mr. Walter Gilles Ferrero expressed his emotion at the sense of responsibility, dedication and professional service attitude of the Vinh Hai Commune Police force.
After completing the procedures according to Vietnamese regulations, he and his relatives returned to the police headquarters to send a thank you letter.
In a letter sent to Vinh Hai Commune Police officers, Mr. Walter Gilles Ferrero wrote: "We sincerely thank you for supporting us in completing the procedures for issuing Temporary Residence Certificates.
I have received all the papers with full signatures and seals, with a validity period until October 3, 2026, exactly what we need for our administrative procedures.
We are extremely grateful for the professionalism, dedication and speed of handling of our requests by the Commune Police. This has really helped us a lot.
