Previously, Ms. Pham Thi Thu Thuy (born in 1982, residing in village 3, Ben Quan commune) dropped a wallet containing a gold necklace (2 taels), 3 million VND and some personal documents.

After asking the Ben Quan Commune Police Facebook page to post information about finding the property, on October 13, Mr. Hoang Van Dung (born at 1958, residing in Village 4, Ben Quan Commune) and his relatives brought the wallet to the Commune Police to hand it over.

Ben Quan Commune Police received, verified and handed over all assets to Ms. Thuy. After receiving the property back, she expressed her emotions and sent her deep thanks to Mr. Dung and the commune police force.
