Upon receiving the information, Binh Thuan Ward Police quickly verified, reviewed and identified the owner of the wallet as Ms. Tran Thi Thu Sen (born in 1995, residing in Xuan Hai residential group, Binh Thuan ward).
After completing the procedures according to regulations, Binh Thuan Ward Police coordinated to return the wallet intact and the entire amount of money to Ms. Sen.
