After visiting and inspecting the investment project to build the second facility of Viet Duc Friendship Hospital and the investment project to build the second facility of Bach Mai Hospital in Ha Nam province, Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long concluded as above.
The Deputy Prime Minister requested relevant ministries and agencies to focus on drastically and effectively implementing tasks and solutions. All are done in the spirit of "running and lining up at the same time", not letting "one thing wait for another", the "3 shifts, 4 teams" construction shortened the completion time to put the 2 hospitals into operation soon.
The Bach Mai Hospital and Viet Duc Hospital Project, Facility 2, has consumed too many newspaper ink, causing outrage among the people, causing huge waste. It is time to not extend it any longer, but to complete and put it into operation, one day earlier to benefit the people one day, reducing waste by one day.
At this point, don't mention difficulties and problems, but just act to resolve them. The problem is caused by humans, so it is humans who must solve it, the humans here are the leaders of the Ministry of Health and related ministries, branches and localities.
At the request of Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long, these two Hospitals will be completed by the end of November this year, which means there are 9 months left to construct and complete items and works.
However, completing the construction of the project is one thing, the remaining and more difficult thing is the team of doctors and nurses working at these two facilities. Without doctors, the hospital is just 4 walls, without good health experts, the names Bach Mai and Viet Duc are just labels, not bringing practical value to patients.
Reiterate, the General Secretary requested an inspection and conclusion on the Bach Mai Hospital project, facility 2 and Viet Duc, facility 2 in Ha Nam, to be completed before March 31, 2025, and at the same time requested to soon put the two projects into operation "without further delay".
Thus, completing the construction is a must, but don't forget that there is only more than a month left until the inspection conclusion of the Bach Mai Hospital project, facility 2 and Viet Duc, facility 2. It is necessary to clarify the responsibilities of relevant individuals and organizations for delays, prolongations, and waste in this project.
