Use a commercially available vegetable washing product, mix according to instructions, soak and wash fruits and vegetables. These products are often designed to remove maximum pesticides and bacteria while still being safe for users.
Wash with warm water
Wash fruits and vegetables with warm water about 40-50°C, then rinse with cold water. Warm water can help dissolve some pesticides, but water that is too hot should not be used to avoid spoiling food.
