In which, there are aesthetic service establishments and spas operating without a license; some medical examination and treatment facilities operating beyond their professional scope; advertising medical examination and treatment services and medicines not in accordance with regulations on social networking platforms...
Therefore, the province directs the People's Committees of communes and wards to organize a peak period from August 17, 2026 to October 30, 2026 to inspect according to the provisions of law on medical examination and treatment; for business establishments and pharmaceutical practice, focus on conditions, professional papers and pharmaceutical business activities.
Cases of operating without a license, practicing without a license or exceeding the approved professional scope must be promptly rectified and handled; cases exceeding authority or showing signs of crime must be transferred to competent authorities.
