Dr. Ngoc Diep also said that the first foods that nourish the brain, enhance memory, and support nerve cell activities include cereals with seeds such as brown rice and beans. Then there are foods high in phosphorus and lipids, including eggs, meat, and fish. In addition, foods containing unsaturated fats such as omaga 3 and 6 such as fish, dairy or dairy products.

However, according to Dr. Ngoc Diep, the food is very diverse and the nutritional value of stools is according to each group. Therefore, during the competition days, if many families are still wondering about dieting according to folk beliefs, they can choose other foods with equivalent nutritional value.
