The newly opened pho shop on the corner of a street looks bright and spacious. There are all kinds of pho: well-done, rare, corn, brisket, brisket, stir-fried rare... Big bowls, just like the pho bowls sold at the airport, clear broth, just salty enough, if needed add enough spices around, plus a jar of spicy bamboo shoots and chili. The price is not cheap but for such a big bowl it is acceptable. On the first day of the week, it is quite crowded.
