Workers' rights need to be resolved when businesses go bankrupt

On April 17, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Ngo Duy Hieu chaired a conference to collect opinions from experts, scientists, and trade union officials on the draft Law on Bankruptcy. The conference took place in person and online.

Commenting on the draft Law on Assets (amended), some opinions suggested that it is necessary to review to have a legal framework and policies to encourage the implementation of business recovery.
