Article 11 of Decree 158/2025/ND-CP newly stipulates the case of temporary suspension of compulsory social insurance payment when employees are temporarily suspended from work.

The head of the residential group is a subject participating in compulsory social insurance (SI) when the Social Insurance Law 2024 takes effect from July 1, 2025.
