On 5.5.2025, General Secretary To Lam and Lady Ngo Phuong Ly and the high-ranking delegation of Vietnam left Hanoi, visiting the State of the Republic of Kazakhstan, visiting the State of the Republic of Azerbaijan, officially visiting the Russian Federation and attending the 80th anniversary of the great national defense war, visiting the State level of the Republic of Belarus from December 5, 2025.
