On April 13, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) held a Conference to thoroughly grasp the Central Government's conclusions on the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW on "a number of issues to continue renovating and organizing the apparatus of the streamlined political system, effective and effective operation" and implementing some important tasks on financial and trade union assets in the coming time.
