Attending and directing the Conference were: Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of VGCL; Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Permanent Vice Chairman of VGCL; Vice Presidents: Phan Van Anh, Huynh Thanh Xuan and Nguyen Xuan Hung.
Attending the Conference were members of the VGCL Presidency; Presidents, Vice Chairman of the Labor Federation of provinces, cities, central trade unions and equivalent, Trade Union of Corporation under the VGCL; leaders of committees and agencies of the VGCL inspection committee; leaders of the Party Committee of the VGCL; Office of VGCL; Units under the VGCL.
At the conference, Vice Chairman of VGCL Phan Van Anh thoroughly grasped some of the contents of financial management and assets of trade union when dissolving, merging and consolidating; Paying the regime for retired workers before age and some other important contents related to finance and union assets.
After the discussion of the delegates, the Chairman of the VGCL Nguyen Dinh Khang spoke and thoroughly grasped the implementation of the Central Conclusion on the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the Party Central Committee.
The Chairman of the VGCL has informed the results of the 11th Conference of the XIII Party Central Committee. Accordingly, the conference focused and discussed the projects to continue organizing the apparatus of the political system, arranging administrative units and organizing local governments for two levels. On behalf of the Standing Committee of the VGCL, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang informed and thoroughly grasped the delegates of some key contents of arrangement and streamlining the apparatus and streamlining staffing in the Vietnam Trade Union organization system.
Based on the above contents as well as the contents of the financial work that has been thoroughly grasped by the Vice Chairman of the Vice General Confederation of Vice Labor, Phan Van Anh, Chairman of the VGCL Nguyen Dinh Khang suggested that the delegates focus on implementing the contents, ensuring the progress and efficiency.
