Metro No. 2 HCMC: 15 years still no start date

HCMC - After 15 years of approval, Metro Line 2 (Ben Thanh - Tham Luong) with a capital of nearly VND47,900 billion has not yet set a start date after transferring from ODA capital to the budget.
