On August 1, 1930 the Propaganda and Association Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam was established, laying the foundation for the propaganda sector. After 95 years, in the current context, the propaganda and mass mobilization sector continues to affirm itself as a pioneer force in every revolutionary stage, maintaining the "ideological battlefield" and spreading social consensus.
