Review all public assets before December 15, do not let them go to waste

The Prime Minister requested that before December 15, public assets and offices must be reviewed to prevent waste; and that those who provide information about waste must be protected.

Difficulty in handling surplus public assets after merger

Reorganizing and streamlining administrative units is a correct and practical policy. However, the handling of surplus public assets is a headache for many localities. Without an early and effective handling plan, hundreds and thousands of offices will remain vacant and degraded, which means wasting a huge amount of budget.
