He exercises every day to the point of addiction, to an excessive level, regardless of the laws of age. At nearly 60 years old, he still runs 10km a day, then swims, does push-ups, pull-ups, parallel bars… all sorts of things, he exercises whenever he has a chance. Sunny days and rainy days. Whenever it’s time to exercise, he wiggles his limbs, luckily he is a freelancer so his schedule is quite flexible.
