Vietnam aims to eliminate malaria by 2030. To achieve this goal, the Ministry of Health has issued a roadmap for malaria prevention and elimination and assigned the National Institute of Malaria, Parasitology and Entomology to develop an action plan. All people with malaria and those at risk of contracting the disease have access to timely diagnosis and treatment services.
