Many teachers in Nghe An only receive 50,000 VND/time overtime

A secondary school teacher said that her overtime teaching fee, if calculated according to Circular 21, is about 150,000 VND/time, but in reality it is only paid 50,000 VND. Similar reflections have appeared in many schools, while educational institutions believe that the funding is not enough to pay according to regulations.
