Joke to have fun, to laugh, but think carefully, it is actually a problem of Vietnamese sports. The problem has become extremely important.
Actually, it is the same with the way of doing things, the reports of agencies, units, organizations, or individuals are somehow a way of "adjusting parameters," but that is not a serious issue when many aspects are still fine, still progressing, still developing, still making a certain contribution. But sports are not fine. It cannot be fine!
Because the current level of Vietnamese sports, it should not be a problem of having a medal or not, but rather how many medals there are. Similar to the position of the sports sector "sitting and counting" the number of Gold Medals at SEA Games, which is even more than the achievements of some other sports teams.
A very familiar script, at least in the last two Olympic Games, is "going on the road with great expectations" and "returning with empty hands"; is "going on the road with encouragement and motivation" and "returning and being welcomed by criticism, judgment, criticism, and analysis...".
It is very necessary to have care, encouragement, and motivation at the right time, but in return, when there is a failure, there should be the accompaniment of acceptance, facing, and finding solutions. It cannot be "knowing it, suffering a lot, talking a lot".
People still say, as long as there is attention, there is still talking, as long as there is pain, there is still talking, but to the point where there is no desire to talk, the surface is calm, but deep down is a different story. Therefore, even though we know it, even though we know it's hard, but we still have to talk. But, how to talk, how to give advice, how to evaluate the issue correctly and provide a solution, that is more important.
But ultimately, the issue is "have we suffered enough to take action yet"? Because sometimes, people talk a lot, talk a lot, and get tired!
