Cyclist Nguyen Tuan Vu of the Ho Chi Minh City racing team competed very well when finishing after 7 minutes and 1 second. He held the first position for most of the competition time. It was thought he would win the stage, but the two cyclists who started last, Sergei Kulikov (Loc Troi An Giang Group) and Yarash Uladzislau (Ho Chi Minh City New Group) created a spectacular comeback.
With strong legs and extreme effort, Sergei Kulikov finished first after 6 minutes 52 seconds. This is also the 3rd stage that this foreign racer finished first in the stage. Following Sergei is Yarash Uladzislau with a time of 6 minutes 57 seconds and third place is racer Nguyen Tuan Vu. Ranked 4th and 5th respectively are Nguyen Hoang Sang (7 minutes 2 seconds) and Quang Van Cuong (7 minutes 3 seconds).
The personal time race on the morning of April 24th is also the 19th race of the 38th Ho Chi Minh City Television Cup cycling race in 2026. The 20th race will take place on April 25th from Vung Tau ward to Thu Dau Mot (Ho Chi Minh City) with a length of 141km.
The tournament will end at noon on April 30 with the race from Tan Ninh to Ho Chi Minh City with a length of 133km.
