4 head coaches will participate in the women's event of the 2025 National Volleyball Championship, including Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hoa (VTV Binh Dien Long An), Thai Thanh Tung (LPBank Ninh Binh), Pham Van Long (Information Corps) and Nguyen Tuan Kiet (Vietinbank).
Currently, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Kiet is the head coach of the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team. This coach took on the responsibility when he was signed by the Vietnam Volleyball Federation in mid-2022.
Mr. Kiet's predecessor was coach Thai Thanh Tung. Mr. Tung is an experienced coach who has achieved high results with the Hung Yen women's team (formerly Thai Binh) and LPBank Ninh Binh in the national championship. Coach Thai Thanh Tung coached the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team to win the silver medal at the 31st SEA Games held at home in 2022.
Meanwhile, coach Pham Van Long is also an experienced player. Mr. Long has been the head coach of the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team for many years.
The last time this coach took on the above assignment was in 2013. After that, Mr. Pham Van Long only did professional work at clubs including the Information Corps, Bac Ninh and Duc Giang Chemicals.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hoa was assigned the role of head coach of the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team at the Shanghai Future Stars 2025 International Tournament (China) this year. In this tournament, the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team ranked 4th. This is also the first time coach Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hoa has taken on the above responsibility.
This year, this young coach has joined the coaching staff of the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team to compete in the AVC Nations Cup 2025, VTV Cup 2025, SEA V.League 2025...
Looking at the achievements, all 4 coaches have their own professional experiences. In 2024, coach Ngoc Hoa won the national championship with VTV Binh Dien Long An team in the role of assistant coach and player.
