The representative of the Golden Temple country controlled the game and won a 4-0 victory to become the first team to participate in the final match of the tournament.
Meanwhile, the remaining semi-final match between U19 Indonesia and U19 Australia took place tensely and tightly. The home team played very determinedly against a higher-rated opponent, making the match not have many dangerous opportunities created.
The turning point came in the 89th minute when Marcus Neill escaped past the U19 Indonesia defense before finishing diagonally to score the only goal for U19 Australia.
