In the price management session on April 21, 2026, the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance decided to deduct from the gasoline and oil price stabilization fund (temporary advance fund from the state budget):
- Biofuel: 200 VND/liter;
- Unleaded gasoline: 400 VND/liter;
- Diesel oil: 600 VND/liter;
- Mazut oil: 600 VND/kg.
After implementing the provision and use of the Gasoline and Oil Price Stabilization Fund, from 4:00 PM on April 21, the selling prices of popular consumer gasoline and oil items on the market are as follows:
- E5RON92 gasoline: not higher than 21,934 VND/liter (down 658 VND/liter compared to the current maximum selling price), lower than RON95-III gasoline by 1,108 VND/liter;
- RON95-III gasoline: not higher than 23,042 VND/liter (down 719 VND/liter compared to the current maximum selling price);
- Diesel oil 0.05S: not higher than 27,856 VND/liter (down 3,185 VND/liter compared to the current maximum selling price);
- 180CST 3.5S mazut oil: not higher than 19,631 VND/kg (down 701 VND/kg compared to the current maximum selling price).
