The North recorded duck prices at 30,000 VND/kg, sugarcane chicken prices ranged from 70,000 - 71,000 VND/kg, and crossbred fighting chickens at 43,000 VND/kg. The regional average for meat chickens was 43,100 VND/kg, and meat ducks was 30,000 VND/kg.
In the Central region, the price of sugarcane chicken is 71,000 VND/kg; duck prices range from 30,000 - 38,000 VND/kg... The Japanese Yen (JPY) rose after the Bank of Japan (BOJ) raised its key interest rate by 25 basis points (bps) to 0.5%, the highest level since 2008.
