On July 24, at the Provincial Citizen Reception Office, Mr. Trinh Xuan Truong, Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee chaired the regular citizen reception session in July 2025.
This is the first citizen reception session of the Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the Lao Cai Provincial People's Council (new).
At the citizen reception, Lao Cai Provincial Party Secretary Trinh Xuan Truong held 21 more visits with 23 citizens. The main content is related to the fields of land, compensation for site clearance, resettlement, and policies.
In particular, there are opinions suggesting granting a Land Use Rights Certificate at Lien Ha 2 Village, Bao Ha Commune; proposing to resolve the recovery, compensation, and resettlement granting at the Sub-area No. 3 project, Bac Cuong Ward (old Lao Cai Province); proposing to grant resettlement land when reclaiming land to implement the National Highway 37 - Lao Cai Expressway connecting road project...
Here, Mr. Trinh Xuan Truong listened to and received opinions and recommendations from citizens. At the same time, he directed Party committees and organizations at all levels to continue to seriously fulfill the responsibilities of the heads of Party committees in receiving citizens, dialogue, handling and resolving citizens' reflections, recommendations, complaints and denunciations.
The Lao Cai Provincial Party Secretary also directed competent agencies to promptly review and resolve complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections from citizens right at the grassroots level, avoid complaints and denunciations beyond the level, create consensus of the people, contribute to stabilizing the security and political situation, serve the socio-economic development of the locality.
