Transfer and appoint Ms. Tran Thi Lan Huong - Vice President of the Provincial Farmers' Association, concurrently Head of the Department of Social, Ethnic and Religious Exercise, Agency of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, the appointment period is 5 years, from September 15, 2025.
Speaking to congratulate and assign tasks, Mr. Mua A Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee suggested that Comrade Vang Thi Binh and Comrade Tran Thi Lan Huong should continue to practice and improve their political courage; maintain revolutionary ethics; continue to promote their capacity, strengths and knowledge that have been cultivated, quickly approach and keep up with work.
