According to the decision, Mr. Cu Ngoc Trang - Deputy Chief of Office of Hanoi People's Committee, was transferred and appointed to work at Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center, holding the position of Director of Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center.
The term of appointment is 5 years. Mr. Cu Ngoc Trang is entitled to a leadership position allowance, coefficient 1.0.
