Chau Duc District, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province has a new chairman

    The People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province has just issued a Decision approving the election results for the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Chau Duc district for the 2021-2026 term.

    On February 24, the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province held a conference to announce the decision on personnel work.

    At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Tho - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - presented the Decision approving the election results for the position of Chairman of Chau Duc District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term to Mr. Le Thanh Liem (born in 1977, Deputy Secretary of Chau Duc District Party Committee).

    Previously, former Chairman of Chau Duc District People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Tan Ban, was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Health of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.

    Mr. Le Thanh Liem has professional qualifications: Master of Agricultural Economics; Senior in political theory. Before being elected as Chairman of Chau Duc District People's Committee, he held the following positions: Head of the District Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee.
