On the morning of August 9, in Hoan Kiem Lake walking street, Hanoi, the Vietnam Ministry of Public Security and the Japan Association for Health, Security and Safety coordinated to organize the opening ceremony of the 2025 World Police Music Festival in Vietnam.
The 2025 World Police Music Festival in Vietnam is one of the events held on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2, the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Public Security Force (CAND) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection.
The program was attended by Central Party Committee member, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan.
On the side of the Ministry of Public Security, there are: General Luong Tam Quang - Politburo member, Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Minister of Public Security; Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security, Head of the Organizing Committee of the World Police Music Festival 2025 in Vietnam; Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Quang Ngoc, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army.
Speaking at the program, Deputy Minister of Public Security Tran Quoc To shared: In 2011 and 2015, the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security and the Japan Association for Health and Safety Security organized two parade programs in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi City with great success.
This year, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day 2.9; 80th anniversary of the Vietnam People's Public Security Traditional Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection, the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security and the Association organized the 2025 World Police Music Festival in Hanoi, Vietnam.
This is an important activity, contributing to enhancing cultural and artistic exchanges and mutual understanding of the country, people, and development process of the Vietnam People's Public Security with law enforcement forces of other countries.
At the same time, this is also an opportunity to promote the image of the country and people of Vietnam to international friends, demonstrating the spirit of Vietnam being ready to be friends, a trustworthy partner, and a responsible member of the international community.
The Organizing Committee hopes that the music festival will be a condition and a favorable opportunity for law enforcement forces of other countries to exchange, learn, share experiences and experiences.

Participating in the 2025 World Police Music Festival in Vietnam are 9 troupes and 1 drum troupe from 7 countries from the Russian Federation, Japan, China, Laos, Cambodia, Saudi Arabia and host country Vietnam.
parade and perform around Hoan Kiem Lake, the groups brought impressive performances, expressing the image, spirit, and strength of their country's law enforcement forces, leaving good feelings and deep impressions in the hearts of tourists and people of Vietnam on artists on the front line of justice enforcement.
