On May 13, information from Nghe An Provincial Party Committee said that it had just issued Official Letter No. 3669-CV/TU requesting local Party committees, authorities, agencies and units to seriously overcome the situation of lax management, lack of responsibility, and violations in performing public duties.
According to Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, the implementation of the Central's policies on streamlining the apparatus in recent times has achieved initial results. However, recently, some agencies, units and localities have not complied seriously, there has been a situation where district and commune-level cadres work sparingly and indecisively, not daring to propose and resolve work within their authority.
Notably, there are still violations of land and construction order in some places due to lack of inspection, supervision and lax management. The main responsibility belongs to the heads of Party committees and authorities.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requested to continue to strictly implement the direction in Official Dispatch No. 3529-CV/TU dated April 9, 2025; at the same time, emphasizing a number of key tasks: Strengthening propaganda, raising awareness of cadres and party members about the significance of organizational restructuring.
Strictly implement the work of inspection of public duties, promptly handle acts of avoidance, shirking responsibility, not daring to advise or decide.
Consider replacing or transferring positions for cadres who show signs of violations and stagnation, in order to strengthen discipline and administrative effectiveness.
Nghe An Provincial Party Committee emphasized: The head of the Party Committee, agency, or unit must be responsible to the Provincial Party Committee if violations occur at the unit under his/her responsibility. District-level standing committees and relevant agencies are required to seriously implement and supervise implementation.
Recently, Lao Dong Newspaper has had many articles reflecting violations in construction order and land encroachment, including the phenomenon of local government officials lax management, avoiding responsibility, and working at a low level during the administrative unit arrangement phase.
