On March 22, speaking with reporters, a representative of the Inspection Committee (IC) of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee said that the unit had just voted and proposed to discipline Mr. Hoang Van Hao by removing him from all positions in the Party.
"According to the authority, the final decision will be made by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee" - said a representative of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission.
Previously, on March 21, the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission held its 32nd meeting. At this session, the Inspection Committee reviewed the inspection results when there were signs of violations against Mr. Hoang Van Hao - District Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of Trung Khanh District People's Committee for filing a complaint against the Party's regulations.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that Mr. Hoang Van Hao had not regularly cultivated and practiced, strictly complied with Party regulations and State laws; did not strictly comply with regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do, regulations on the responsibility of setting an example for Party members and cadres, first of all, management cadres, leading to violations in performing the duties of Party members and Party committee members; violations caused serious consequences of a large nature, causing bad public opinion and frustration among cadres, Party members and people; reducing the prestige of individual Party members, Party organizations, and agencies where Party members live and work.
Based on the Party's regulations, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission voted and proposed to discipline Mr. Hoang Van Hao by removing him from all positions in the Party.
